A 50-minute, plain-language Idea Lab for teachers who are AI-curious and a little AI-wary.

How we’ll think about it

Human. Analog. Digital.

HAD isn’t a proprietary framework — it’s just how we sequence engagement: human first, then analog, then digital. The order is the point, and the tech earns its place last. We’ll work a real example together in the session.

Human

Start with people. What you and your students already carry in — experiences, questions, gut reactions — surfaced and shared before anything gets plugged in.

Analog

Make the thinking visible by hand. Talk it through, sketch it, sort it on paper. The slow, tactile work where ideas actually take shape — no screen required.

Digital

Then bring the tools in — to capture, extend, and build on the thinking you already did. The tech serves the work; it doesn’t start it.
